Rental Rates
- $200.00/1-4 hours
- $400.00/over 4 hours – all day
- $100.00 refundable deposite (required for all rentals)
- A/V Equipment $50 1-4 hours, $75 all day
Rates include:
Inside the newly renovated Train Depot,
- banquet tables & chairs to accommodate a comfortable seating of 75 guests.
- The depot will accommodate up to 110 guests for a standing reception.
Kitchen facilities available. Prep area with refrigerator and microwave. All outside caterers welcome.
