- Rejuvenate Your Soul at Cape Fear Botanical Garden
You may not be a gardener, but you will have a great time at Cape Fear Botanical Garden. Fresh air and a soothing environment will calm your spirit. All this will be happening as freshly turned moist rubs against your nose. You can also choose to undertake a therapeutic horticulture program. The program will teach you how to grow plants and cook food. The plants they grow are resolved, and the proceeds are donated to charity.
- Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium
The Donald W. Reynolds Razorback stadium opened its doors in 1939. However it did not adopt its current name until 2001. This was to honor the great philanthropist, Reynolds.
About 72,000 people cheer their favourite teams on this stadium. The spectators are protected by temporary rooftop bleachers. In 2010, more than 76000 people watched Alabama play against Arkansas. There are also other events that take part near the stadium.
- The Fayetteville Farmers Market
The Fayetteville Farmers Market has been in operation for more than four decades. During that time, it has provided residents with handcrafted items, local products, and fresh farm produce. The Farmers Market is located at the centre of the town, and it’s usually open on Sundays. This is the best place to grab some fresh fruits and dairy products.
Each Sunday, about 70 vendors gather at the local market. The members offer carefully selected local produce. You’ll be treated with exceptional music as you shop for fresh produce.
